Would of gave no stars if I could. We had a booking for yesterday Saturday 18th of October, was booked in September, confirmation email was sent after payment, another email received on Friday 17th October with a reminder the day before about our booking, was booked for 4.45 all 9 of us arrived at 4.30 and stood there until 5pm with a no show of staff at venue. All the contact numbers we had were called several times with no answers. Then was most disappointed to find out later on Web site the venue is temporarily closed. No email or contact was given regarding this. Hopefully our refund of £200 will be given very soon. Doesn't look very good for the business atall.
My almost 13 year old would give this 5 stars. He loved it and he was wrecking for the full 30 minutes. It was great fun and invigorating physically we both left happy. Recommendation for all stroppy teens. They put an item in the room that was difficult to wreck which was ingenious for me as I kept trying ( longing for a screwdriver or Allen key ) and filled the time for me otherwise I’d have been a little fed up half way through. My only criticism is that the items we had in room didn’t provide the oomph factor I’ve had in real world breaking down furniture - we had a two drawer flat pack bedside cabinet which lasted seconds. I’d have loved a wardrobe or big armchair.
I would love to give it zero stars. I had booked this for my birthday and was looking forward to this for over a month with all my friends. We had a booking for 1.30. We couldn’t get parking anywhere for over half an hour as it was a Saturday. We were one minute too late for entry. The person at the door had no compassion and turned us away. No refund or reschedule. Just nothing. Ruined my birthday. I’m not even angry, I’m hurt and disappointed. Definitely would not try to go again. So disappointed.
Enjoy the wreck it room concept s lot and it's such a great energy boost and release. But this time so much less things to break, a shame.
Took grandchildren for 30 min session, They enjoyed it but wasn't too impressed with things to smash. Paid for a video of them and although have emailed have still not received link. Paid by card for booking but cash £10 for video and was told they couldn't give receipt for it so said I'd pay with card and they said no cash was fine . All in all disappointed
