Me and my daughter had a great time here. It seems expensive at first, but once you've done it, we'll worth it i would say. They stock up for you half way through, and you will run out of puff. We definitely will be doing this again.
Had a great time at Rage Remedy. The guys working there were friendly and helpful. We also had loads of things to smash!
We had the best time! We were provided with everything we needed, even a sound track of our choice! There was lots to smash up & it was restocked free of charge after 20 minutes! Free lockers were provided! Water & cooling sprays were on offer too! It was all very well organised and we would definitely recommend / return!
I booked the Rager for 2 as a gift experience for my mother, she (and I) absolutely loved it. We were given overalls, a safety helmet and gloves, all of which were very comfortable. Then got to choose a spotify playlist. A small safety briefing later we were smashing to our hearts content! 💯 would recommend to anyone!! Two things that are quite unique: 1) They refill your smashables after 20 minutes! We had a load more small items and a couple more bigger ones to go wild with for 10 minutes! 2) You are able to purchase the CCTV footage for only £2.50! As soon as we saw the price we couldn't say no!
Wow! What an amazing strangely fun activity. This was half joked about, to let off some steam. I cannot express enough how brilliant this was and better than any therapy we’ve tried. Not just the physical release of build up anger/frustration but all the emotional big feelings released whilst doing it. We had 30 minutes to smash, bash and break up everything in a safe room. Our young person used this time to the max, the energy, the release was incredible. The rage room supplied all the safety equipment and tools to use, big and small. And everything to smash up from kettles, computers, ornaments to small glasses and plates (that sound gratifying when smashed up!). We got to choose the music. You can have time out and do this at your pace. We then got to graffiti the room with pens. Lastly we went to a calm room, a space to sit in quiet, low lighting, with refreshments and cooling sprays/mist and smells. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. From age 10 and up. This is a brilliant thing to do for anyone struggling with reassessing big feelings, or just for a work out or for a good laugh! We highly recommend it.
